Closed Starbound unstable Nightly no matter manipulator

    Everything is in the title. When I try to create a new caracter, I have no matter manipulator... weird! before I was playing on a old character (on a older version of the nightly unstable branch) and everything was fine.
    But now, My old Character universe is corrupted (I think its normal, because of the new version) so I try to play a new world but I have no matter manipulator, and I don't know why.
