Bug/Issue Starbound not running

Need halp, please :')

Every time I try to run the game it shows a Fatal Error, like:

I've already tried:
1) Running the game through and without Steam (with the .exe)
2) Running the game as admin, 64 and 32 bits, and in compatibility mode (Windows 7, 8 and all Visa versions)
3) Disabling VSync ("true" to "false" in configs)
4) Reinstalling the game, cleaning Steam folders, even restoring my computer entirely
5) Every tutorial and forum thread I could find

My computer is way above the requirements, as seen:

I also don't have any mod installed or Steam workshop item subscribed.

Can someone help a poor soul that just wants to play a nice game with his girl? :')
