Resolved Starbound failing to start, fatal error

So after installing the Windows 10 creator's update, I haven't been able to run Starbound at all. I've tried uninstalling all mods and still no luck. There also doesn't seem to be any posts that I could find that resembles my problem, which is why I'm making this thread. If anyone could help me figure out how to fix this, or at least where I should start, it'd be greatly appreciated.

As a side note, I've already tried running the program as an admin, as well as removing the entire directory and installing from scratch, and I still encounter the same error. The only thing I haven't tried is running Starbound on my old laptop, which I think I'll do now.

 

Whoops, noted. Sorry if I make any dumb blunders like that, I've never actually posted on any forums before, haha.
Strangely enough, the windows update seems to have kept my graphics card from being able to update automatically... aaaaaand there we go! Cool, thanks for the help Iris, it's working now.
