Starbound Custom Planet Description

This is my first post and I thought it was appropriate to post this here. There was no other place to ask this because the owner of the Reddit post hasn't responded for a while. I would like to know how possible it would be to make a custom planet description. In this post he has Earth and I want to make my own Earth and possibly our whole solar system just for fun and because Starbound is an awesome game!
