Starbound Crashing

Hello my name is Jacob and I've been having a problem I couldn't fix and I tried so many things. When I start up my game I get an error message after about 10 seconds. So far I tried: Restarting steam, Reinstalling the game (20+ times), restarting computer, reinstalling steam, and flushed the steam files.

Here is the error code I am getting:

Please help this is my favorite game.
