Bug/Issue Starbound Copying Time

This has been an annoyance to me for the longest time, mostly just because I dont understand why it exists. Whenever I try to copy the game to another location to create a backup, it takes an absurdly long time to do so. My SSD, which can copy up to 200MB/s, drops to 1 item/s when copying starbound, sometimes even less. The game isn't big enough to justify an hour-and-a-half copy time, so why is this happening? Anyone? It only does this with starbound, and it has the same problem when trying to delete a version.

 

that is absolutly not starbounds problem. that has to be something on your end.
