Tool SMAPI: Stardew Modding API

@9feels The game won't work without speakers or headphones (SMAPI is just reporting the game error). If you do have audio plugged in, can you restart your computer and try again?

 

I do have speakers, I've used several versions of SMAPI and never encountered this error. I tried restarting, now I get this error:

 

@9feels Can you come ask in #modding on the Stardew Valley Discord? I don't think it's an issue with SMAPI itself, but we can walk you through figuring it out more easily over chat.

 

So, I updated SNAPI again, and now suddenly a few of my mods broke. Automate being the most annoying.

 

@Rannoch621 SMAPI 2.6-beta.13 shouldn't affect any mods that aren't already updated. (Automate is already updated, for example.)

 

Hi, I have this strange issue where the game can't find my saves at first, but then they load in a second later. I get this smapi error every time I hit load on the starting menu: https://log.smapi.io/SiGBykyv

Is there anything I could do to fix this error? Am I the only one getting these errors? I don't recall having this error before upgrading to beta.

Edit: Oh, I'm stupid. Ignore this, I think I figured it out. Sorry.

These two were working all day as well as Automate. I'm notified that there's a newer version of SNAPI. I install it, and suddenly those three stop working. Automate started working again after you posted another update in the Automate thread.

It's saying that I have an old version of ContentPatcher, when I have the latest version for beta installed.

 

@Rannoch621 The latest version is Content Patcher 1.4-beta.3; updating that should fix those mods.

 

Apparently I missed that one when updating stuff. I shouldn't be doing this while exhausted. I'm off to bed now.

Okay wow idk what he did but the latest game update has made my game crash as soon as it loads into a save.

Same for me, my steam downloaded a 2mb update and it crashes as soon as the game loaded my save.
I download the newest SMAPI since i thought it may be because i still have smapi 12 but nope.
Cant play currently :/

 

I have a backup of the files if you want to still play.

 

Same here 2MB update and can't play. good thing i made a backup of the whole folder yesterday. think we need to wait for update of all the mods and the api.

SMAPI can not load some modes... "...it's no longer compatible..."
(LinuxMint 18.2; Steam; Stardew Valley 1.3 beta)

 

Reinstalled the whole game and installed only SMAPI
Started a new game. I wake up in my bed then the games crashes.

I got the very same Problem. Repaired and Re-INstalled Stardew and Smapi, same as pewpew there.

 

Hey ive been trying to launch my game for a while now, ive removed all outdated mods and tried removing all mods but it keep crashing when i load into the game... heres the error report. If you can help thank you.

 

I have backups of the files if people want to play. n_n I'm currently playing with 0 issues, just a slightly outdated game.
