No, thats normale lattice blocks. Just space them out and misalign the next line of blocks syo you get a Pattern like this:

XOXOX

I just wish that you could regrow gras on places dirt-blocks.

I'll be honest, I have no clue where I got'em. I'm pretty sure I got my first ones legit, 'cause I had them in my ship hoard before I figured out how to set an admin password on my server, but ever since then I've had to replicate them with the ISN Block Replicator because I have no clue where to find more. ^^;

 

Thanks. They are probably in some microdungeon, but if they are like the outpost blocks even with a fully upgraded matter manipulator it will take ages to gather enough of them, so I'll probably use admin mode.

 

They are! They're from the same microdungeon that you get the red mining boxes and the metal grey girders! They're really common too and the red girders aren't as long lasting as the outpost blocks in my opinion!

 

This build is looking amazing. Thanks for continuing to post progress. There's something kind of funny about seeing just the very beginning of the city floating off in nowhere. The restaurant at the end of the universe serves Chinese.

I'm not quite done with it yet so here is a WiP of a Hylotl underwater city.

 

This WAS my house. My home suddenly disappeared with one of those small bug fix patches. All my hard work is gone now, and I didn't even get to finish decorating. My house was NOT a bug, so it didn't need to be purged.

 

I redid my garden area because I'm hard to satisfy with my own work...


...I'm still not satisfied!

So I've been playing the new stable update for the last week or so and this thread has got me really excited to start building again!

It's the one big build that I've done and I'm looking forward to doing something similar with my new hylotl and novakid toons

 

Thanks! It actually got better after adding some more small details, like a few plantmatter blocks in form of vines.

This is great! I tryed to build a treehouse myself several times, but it always looked to artifical and not organic like yours.
