Closed Residents seem to have trouble with elevators. (minor AI issue)

Pretty straightforward. I put down wooden elevators, and the NPCs seem to have trouble figuring out how to get off of it...

They're just stuck there, and calling them from their colony deeds doesn't seem to work either- since most of their deeds are nearby enough for them to walk to it. But, ya know, too busy derping out on the elevator to do so.
