Closed Reporting an NPC bug

I have been building a colony and I somehow managed to get a unique NPC in my colony. The problem is, that when I try to talk to him, he explodes into light and his house deed says he's hurt. This repeats every time I try to talk to him. What do I do if he gives me a quest? Can someone help out or give some insight?

 

You should make a video of it... That would be quite funny to see.

Also do you have a picture of the house layout? I can try remaking it to see if i have the same issue.

 

sure, I can try that. I have another bug where an NPC just randomly beams up then beams down. How do I get a video for you?

 

That's a picture of the house, the middle one, and ignore the obey sign and the banner, those were from quests. The NPC is below me in the picture. I'm the one with the riot shield.
