Bug/Issue Random Stuttering

    Hi there.
    I was playing with a friend and placed 2 S.A.I.L. consoles next to each other. Naturally, this crashed my game.
    Ever since then, though, my game has been randomly stuttering for about a second. It does this in singleplayer, multiplayer, and even on the main menu.
    Before this, Starbound ran absolutely fine.
    I have already verified the integrity of the game files.
    Is there anything I can do to fix this?
