One of the quests I really enjoy are when colonists give you seeds and ask for food, because at the end they teach you how to make a dish by giving you the recipe. I would love to see a similar type of quest given out by colonists that request certain amounts of cloth, string, silk etc and teach you how to make the base clothing for other races.
That's a very good idea! But it would also be cool if you could attract a specific tailor tenant to a home.
