Question about FTL and frame rate

    Everyone,

    When I run the game form Steam, it is slow. When I run the .exe file, it runs fine, with some small flickering of the screen.

    Also, when I did the mining mission to fix the FTL drive in single player, I STILL cannot travel to another star, even with 200 units of fuel in the tank.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any solutions to this?
