Bug/Issue Quest with Merchants cannot be completed

    Some fetch quests and escort quests cannot be completed if the quest giver is a merchant.
    Instead of completing my quest the merchant wants to trade instead and I cannot get my reward.

    Also seeing this. Got a merchant for an avian merchant on an airship, did 2 quests for her, and then was told run off to another NPC to get a package. Came back, and the merchant wouldn't advance the quest. Had to abandon the quest since it wouldn't complete.

    Also getting this; had a quest to swap 8 timber for a security camera, merchant would not do anything but sell me stuff. Win10, starbound 1.4.4 / no mods
