Please help

This game is great and I have played it for countless hours on iOS. However, now I have ran into an issue with loading my game. When I press to load my game, all I get is a black screen. The regular in game music still plays but my game will not go off a black screen. I hope there is a fix for this issue because I feel like I have put in too much time to be able to start all over again. Thank you.
