Your zip had two saves, and I loaded both and slept until Friday, and visited the saloon in the evening (when everyone is there), and could walk around with no problem, so I don't think there's anything wrong with your saves.
Your error logs suggest you are missing some game files (but not particularly saloon-related ones), so you could try running "verify integrity of game files" on the local files tab in Steam, which should fix any problems with game files, and also remove any XNB mods you may have.
