Modding Discussion Player.config files in your Mods folder cause crashes?

Anyone else experiencing this since the latest update? Previously i was able to put a players.config in my mod's folder and just drop it in the mod's folder and it would run perfectly, now whenever i try it just crashes the game with an access violation error

 

works fine for me but some mods arent updated to the new style of player config

 

its my mod :\ i copied the current player.config from the starbound asset's folder and it still crashes :\

 

Have you tried using a fresh player.config and add your changes to that?

 

yeah, ive tried using an unedited player.config from the assets folder, still crashes

 

What is the reason for you to include another player.config? I presume it is for the problems with default blueprints.

 

are there any error details you can paste here?

 

to have things naturally unlock with tech tiers i'll post pictures soon of the errors



EDIT : Reinstalled the game and now it works, must of had a bad base player.assets or something
