Bug/Issue Penny does not walk anywhere after marriage

Soooo the title of this thread is slightly misleading its true penny does not walk anywhere if i wake up she will be in the kitchen or in her little sideroom or sometimes next to the fireplace however no matter how long i wait around she will never move from that spot i could wait hours and nothing she does not come to bed at all. now i said it was misleading because she only does this until i leave the house once i leave and re-enter on some days she ends up in town and on others she simply changes position within the house she never physically walks out the front door though this brings me to the conclusion that my penny has the power of teleportation or more likely shes broken please look into it.
