Bug/Issue Penny Dialogue Error based on hearts/Community Center

    So I just ended up viewing Penny's 4 heart event and the very next day when speaking to her she apologized to me and stated that now that her mother had her bus job back things would operate more smoothly.

    Only problem is I haven't completed the community center job that restores the bus service yet.

    Is this a known issue?
