Bug/Issue OpenGL 2.0 Not found. Graphics Drivers Fully updated.

Hello. Before starting, I would like to make sure it is known that the machine I use is a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop. I have been able to run Starbound on this before multiple times, and only now is it giving me any trouble.

And how do I find that setting for the control panel?

 

I seem to be unable to find advanced 3d settings.
