Bug/Issue "No suitable graphics card found...."

Hi,

I recently got a new PC, and I've been unable to play Stardew Valley on it. I've searched the forums, steam community hub, and googled for a solution, but the only fixes I've seen didn't work. I've done everything I could find apart from a full computer wipe, but I'm hoping I can avoid that.

I've attached my dxdiag file since I'm sure there's something wrong that I've missed.
