Howdy, the ship commands are not showing up for me either. Wat you can do is activate the commands via admin command. First hit "/" that will open the chat windows with the "/" ready for the command. Then type "admin" you should have the line display as "/admin" hit enter. Now you will have allot of craft recipes and things wont cost any resources to build. Be careful what you try to build! For the ai command to repair with the core fragemnts you need to type "/aicommand upgradeShip2" then hit enter. Now you can be mobile in that system like normal. If you want to be able to repair the FTL the the command is "/aicommand upgradeShip3", But I'm only at the system in my testing so can't be sure if that works yet. There might be other ways of doing this but this so far is what I have been able to figure out. Hope this helps.
