So... I was supposed to make a shopping booth for my mod project, but I couldn't decide what to use as a shopkeeper and started to effectivly procrastinate... ...and ended up with a new race being born. Meet the Constructors! "They are generally old Building machines, abandoned by their creators and owners due to them going extinct because of (insert stereotypical cataclysm here), becoming more and more sentinent over the eons and generations. Ultimately facing their own doom due to the planets resources being used up completely before being picked up by the R.E.A. and joining em, granting them new Purpose and a Home, as well as the status as Sentinent members of a Society." The problem I am facing now is how to add variety to them, how to take on the gender question and what kinda linguistical shenanigans to add to them. General thoughts, ideas or critique is welcome and encouraged!
Problem is the left arm and pants are the same color - so it looks like 1 object. Instead use darker shades of yellow for left arm, that way it looks like 2 separate objects, it also gives the illusion of distance. That is what die meant.
Yeah but you get Suits and mine point. I was so free to show to it to you. Look at his left arm Carefully. I hope this helps, See. You shaded the head right? So you need to shade the arm too You can do this to the feet too if you want. But only if you want. If you dont like it that way, please keep it. Its your creation and i think they a very well made btw.
ah. Thanks. Lately things are going rolercoaster in reallife, so my time to work on my stuff is limited. ...though I have the required assets lying ready to finish and deploy sometime soon.
So for the gender i'd say maybe make them different "types" for the different construction jobs. For example the "female" variant could be for aquatic construction and would have fins and propellers.
