Ignore me.. Im obviously over tired and didn't notice you had attached them to your images. My bad!

Okay!. You are Windows 7. (Nice alienware :) )

    Try this if not already.
    Open Task manager.
    End the process named Steam.exe(32*)

Locate your Starbound.exe, Default is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound\win32

    For these files:
    Starbound.exe
    Starbound_openGL.exe
    Starbound_server.exe

Right click. Properties, Go to your compatibility tab and check the bottom tick box to run as administrator. For all three files.

Find your steam. Right click the icon, Run as administrator. Do this even if your user account is admin, Windows 7 is slightly stupid with its allowances.

    Try your Starbound.

Access violations "should" stop appearing :)

If this doesnt help, Come back and if I haven't died from lack of sleep, We will go further :)

done testing with all 3 possible that cause this crash. it seem not happen again, it must be fixed. now 1 of 2 issue is fixed. my other issue. it is low Frame Per Second with drop lag spikes that do 2-5 fps for about 5 second in every 1 min

I already done try edit Nivida card control panel that suggestion by Molly. it seem only help 2-5%.
    both not works.
