Multiplayer(xbox) casino bug

My friend(host) and i have been playing multiplayer on xbox and we have completed my qi’s quest to get the casino pass, i even got the cut scene where i pulled the green pass out of the wood stack, but when we went to the desert the bouncer moved out the way and i cant get through it just goes to black screen then I'm standing at the door again, and now the pass isn’t in my player wallet and I can’t do the mission again. Please help.
