Bug/Issue Missing 1.3 audio files (Solved)

Hello and greetings. I have posted my problem in the "Known Issues & Fixes" thread. But I figured that isn't actually a good place to post. It would go unnoticed or just stock up on replies that only have more problems. So I would like anyone to read this to at least attempt to help me as soon as possible. It would be very kind!
I really want to play Stardew Valley with no issues at all.
