   I believed I talked to Shane earlier in the Jojo Mart and said he was "Too busy to talk" or something along those lines. Later on in the day, I met him at the bar and tried to talk to him and got the Jojo Mart dialogue. In game time was around 9: 30PM, Day 3, Wednesday, Rainy Weather.
