Bug/Issue Minor bug - Switch - Prismatic shard number found incorrect

A minor bug I've noticed is that the count for the "Number Found" in collections for the Prismatic Shard is incorrect. Each time i find a prismatic shard, the count increases +2, so I have found 2 in game, but my stats say I have found 4.

No biggie but confused hell out of me when I was checking to complete the museum collection.

One shard was found in a geode, and the other was a drop, so I don't think it matters how they are found.

Only noticed on the Switch, and I believe with the Prismatic Shard, but will keep an eye out on other minerals/items.
