If you have ever been to Hylotl cities, you will find a place with music emanating from it, a club to be exact. This is the tile that actually sends out the music, but it only plays 1 type of music, the one you hear in the Hylotl club. I think the club deck should be able to use abc files(like an instrument) as well, to allow you to play your favourite song where you place it down.
