Major Quests?

I just got back into the nightly, and I'm wondering if the Moonbase quest, and other quests are still around, or do I have to do the other NPC quests first?

Or are they not in yet, like the Intro?

 

Just the same, but since it's nightly, a lot of developer command is required to progress trough

 

Ahh yeah I fgured that out. But a mod thankfully fixes this and allows for decent progress.
