Bug/Issue Lost my some stuff

I haven't been on for a month or so, but I just saw that there was a new update. So because of this, I hopped on and wanted to play. When I got on, I saw that all my teleporter bookmarks were gone. So, I went into my quests and tracked one that lead me to my planet that I colonized. Though, when trying to teleport to it, the game says (In the space map thing): REMOTE SYSTEM VIEW and UNMAPPED CELESTIAL OBJECTS UNAVAILABLE. Then, it freezes so I can't add the location to my coordinates, or even view the system, it just freezes on the planet. How do I get back to where I was?

 

I have kind of the same problem. I Have a teleporter on my world but forgot to bookmark it so I cant find it. I have the coordinates but my planet does not seem to exist???
