REQUEST Looking for Egg and Cheese Substitution Mods for Vegan Recipes?

Does anyone know of any mods that creates egg and cheese substitutions for recipes besides chickens? I have the masher mod that creates almond milk etc. Anyone heard of something like this for vegans?

 

I looked everywhere, and I'm not seeing anything!

Which would you prefer:
1. A realistic mod where you make them from recipes? or
2. One where you can simply grow them like crops?

Im thinking of actually trying my hand at this lol. But I know it would take a bit, so don't expect anything out of me too soon ^^;

If anyone more experienced wants to take a crack at this please do!!

As silly as they may be, here are the sprites for the egg crops lol. (edited from Stardew Valley sprites already in the game) do they look okay? I dont wanna go full ham if they look stupid
And sorry this took longer than I wanted, I was busy with holiday stuffs and just straight up terrified of sprite work lol
