Bug/Issue level 10 Skill Bug

I just hit level 10 on fishing and choose the mariner perk. The perk says "Crab pots no longer produce junk items." Now I went to check and all 20 or so of my crab pots had junk in them. I thought maybe since the perk just activated it might be just dumb luck.

Well I slept the next day everything is still junk. Now I may just be tired from play this game for way to long and misread the text and it only gives me junk but I don't want that lol.

I'm a small time streamer on twitch.tv/Fluffymrstumpy. Love your game by the way! hope this gets addressed! If anyone has any thoughts shoot me with a message was curious if this is how the skill was intended and I just miss understood its meaning.
