Yeah, you should REALLY call someone for this.

 

HELLO.

I HAVE BEEN PLAYING THIS GAME FOR A MONTH AND HAVE BEEN WONDERING ABOUT THE BEST WAY (MOD) TO MOD THE SHIP.

I HAVE A HUMAN PLAYER. I DONT WANT TO DO A MASSIVE OVERHALL, JUST SLIGHTLY ELONGATE THE SHIP, DECREASE THE SIZE OF ITS REAR END AND INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE COCKPIT. OVERALL ITS FINE.

DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHICH MOD WILL BE BEST? I WAS ALSO THIN ABOUT A STABLE MOD, SO I DONT LOSE MY WORK

And yeah, the Space Pest Control is sometimes... problematic. I have a friend who had a sand worm infestation, and they also told him to just leave the ship behind. Well, he had no other choices, so... that what he did. I'm glad you were able to solve the problem yourself.

Anyway, good luck in your future space travels ! And you should avoid the Orion Nebula, I heard of a very powerful pirate organisation in this sector.

 

Vanilla human ship, not original but it is functional. Every crafting station and decent storage capacity, crew living quarter, refectory, medical bay, relaxation room, personal cabin, science lab. I will add some action figures or bugs on the cabinets/tables when i find them. Usually most of the consoles and monitors are turned off because I'm pretty sure they affect my fps.

 

I build things for fun, sometimes! This is one of those times.

 

I just love to build for fun!

 

There's some objects and tiles I'm not familiar with, like some crates and chairs.. What mod does it came from?

Of these, the Peglaci are the ones with the tables and chairs you didn't recognize, and a few of the blocks you didn't.

 

I recently started to play with a brand new character to try out BYOS and I have to say, I'm not going back to premade ships. Making my own was too good.

This is The Red Falcon, my current ship. I was going for a salvaged, slightly rusted on the inside but still good to use feel. It's slightly unfinished, but only in furniture department, I won't b building more sections.

Pohany, how do you create those wonderful sloped engine blocks featured in many of your builds?

 

Custom sloped engine block.

 

Pohany is basically a Starbound wizard. Wiggles their fingers and magical/amazing things appear.

 

That's what I thought, but it's good to know for certain so I don't spend a lot of time looking for it. =)

A deluxe transport vessel. It has terrible cargo capacity, but it's really high class, so people with lots of money pay lots of money to have it haul very little.
