Well, if you asked a mod to lock the thread, they would make a post saying they were locking it at your request. So you still wouldn't get the last post
So the only way to determine a winner is when this thread is locked... Because I can see someone necro-ing this post after years of inactivity. In either case, a moderator comes on, locks the thread, and posts stating they have done so... This thread was a trap from the start.
