"Do we get the map?"

 

Gallius ignores Ra's last statement.

"Who needs a map anyways?"

 

"If you really need it." Hexed hands him the map before standing up, brushing off his clothing.

 

Elyan takes a long look at it to internalize the first part of their route before placing it in his backpack. He turns to the group. "Onwards, companions."

 

Hexed disappears in a flash of bright light, seeing that he has no use here.

 

Arachnus eagerly walks to him, ready to set out into the forest.

 

Elyan starts walking in the general direction of their first destination.

 

"That was...odd..."
Gallius said, following his companions.
He was weighed down by the armor he wears, thus causing him to be rather slow.
"I need a horse..." He said to himself.

 

Elyan grunts in agreement and keeps walking. Every now and then he bends down to pick up some piece of vegetation and throws it into his backpack, still vigilant for anything to aid him in alchemy.

 

Ra begins following the group, juggling what looks to be three small fire balls as he goes.

 

The local wildlife seems to be enjoying the new visitors, and a few small rabbits rush to greet them. Several of them even seem to be following them.

 

Elyan stops and turns. He kneels in front of one of the rabbits. "Well aren't these cute." He reaches out to pet the closest one, which is right in front of him.

 

Arachnus reaches back and pulls one of the metal spikes out of his pack, revealing a sharp end. He approaches one of the rabbits.

 

Alazia bends down, and the rabbits rush towards her. She cuddles them up into her arms, then brutally snaps each of their necks. She only misses the one that Elyan was reaching for, which jumped out of her arms. She starts putting the rabbits in her pack. 'If we are going to be traveling for so long, we'll need more than what we brought.'

 

"Excellent, we could use the food...now if we had a boar, we could feast like royalty!"

 

Ra decided that he liked this girl's style. "I can cook them when we make camp."

 

Arachnus thrusts the spike at the rabbit, missing completely. By the time he dislodges the spike, the rabbit is scurrying away.

 

'Let's keep going for now, we still have some daylight.' She stands up and starts walking.

 

Ra makes a mistake in his juggling and one of the fire orbs begins heading towards Gallius.

 

Gallius quickly raises his shield in response, blocking the shot. He scowls at Ra through his Armet.
