Arachnus would turn to the darkness, looking for the sound again.

 

"Shut up, you seem more suspicious than anyone else here. Let's try to focus on the real problem."

 

The sound stops abruptly on one side of the clearing-Waiting.

 

Azalia forms a small wall of water around them all, then rapidly pushes it outwards.

 

Elyan ignored Ra and kept looking at Ari, waiting for answer.

 

Zephir pulls out a dagger that was sheathed on his side.
"She doesn't need to be asked so many questions."

 

The water doesn't seem to hit anything. Whatever was there is now gone.

 

Elyan kept his challenging look up for a few seconds longer before relaxing. "Of course. Welcome." He put a hand out for a handshake.

 

Zephir keeps his dagger drawn, not dropping his guard.

 

Ra heads over to where they first heard that cracking noise.

 

Arachnus turns from the darkness, which had begun to go away as the sun rose higher. He looks over at the others and watches their conversation.

 

Ra looked down at the smoking pile of armor before him. "Well.... shit."

 

Zephir groans at the increasing light

 

Ra notices the rising sun and closes his eyes, his hands clasped together in prayer.

 

Elyan looks up. "That night felt pretty short. So new people...what can you guys do? Magically?"

 

"I can heal..."

 

Ra cracks open an eye and looks at Ari and Elyan with annoyance, before moving further away and going back to his praying.

 

"Informacyjny. I am train in Dark Artz©."

 

"Ooh. That'll be useful. My Alchemy can only heal so much."

"What does that let you do, exactly?''

 

Ra finishes his prayers and moves over to Ari, clasping her on the shoulder. "I'm sorry about Coreole, truthfully."
