Dumbledalf looks at the frozen guard. "Curious. Are we certain he's dead? It's not like we stabbed him or anything. He's merely frozen."

"Wise. And that, my friend, is where the miracle of duct tape comes into play."

 

Calvin scratches his head. "Who's Duck Taip?"

 

"Informative. Duct tape is an extremely durable and magical substance commonly found in many stores around the world."

 

"Definitely a witch...." Calvin murmured.

 

Azalia stops midswing. 'Look, murder is a word that is open to argument. I say manslaughter.' Azalia puts her staff away.

 

Calvin sighs. "Look, let's just get the hell out of here! Are you ready?"

 

'We have been, you are the one who left us to our own devices.'

 

Calvin grits his teeth. "Come on." He dashes off down the street.

 

Azalia follows him.

 

Dumbledalf follows him too.

 

Arachnus follows him also.

 

Sprout follows too, wondering if 'duck' tape tastes like ducks.

 

Elyan also follows them also also.

 

They eventually reach the gate leading out of the city.

 

"So what are our chances of living if we just try to walk out?"

 

"I have no idea. Why don't you go and find out?"

 

"Agreement. Good idea!" Dumbledalf heads towards the gates.
