Other details like paw colours, tail design (like stripes or one coloured tips), the colour of the mouth or maybe a calico setting.

 

On some of the hairstyles (Specifically the shorter one that I should SS to show but I am lazy.) the ears do barely poke out, so I am all for the larger ear addition.

 

If I'm not mistaken the ears are in a different position on the picture is Kawa's avatar? I like it but it does make the race look a little elf-like... =\ Anyways, The B option looks good as the ears barely poke out of the hair currently and I feel like I have horns instead of ears. D=

That'd probably require a lot of bullshitting around with magic colors, and at least two more sets of them. This isn't Deep Space Nine Crossroads of Time on the SNES, where Bajoran and Starfleet uniforms shared sprites and used palette tricks to differentiate. Plus, I feel fur patterns look kinda bad at this size.

That's because my avatar is based on a shop I made before release, and then I based the felin head sprites on that. The hair is a little more customized in the avatar, too. I could/should/would remake it...

 

It seems to me that pretty much every hairstyle will have to be edited somewhat anyways. The ponytails actually go over the front ear in some cases.

You should add brown as one of the hair colors by the way. Just sayin'

None of the races have mouths when there is no facial animation in progress. It's just how the game is >_>

Curses, I knew my only playing superior Floran race would be my downfall.

 

What i mean't by that was like a pink nose as well as the mouth.

 

And maybe a way to be bald? (so you can see the ears without the hair getting in the way)

 

That's a negatory on the mouth, but I'll look into the nose.

Cool and the mouth doesn't really matter you can always manipulate it.

 

I should browse the other fur colors and see how it looks.

Also stretch the nose out to be 2 pixels wide it'll look better.
