Item goes missing when picked up
Item goes missing when picked up as it says

-only happens on my character
-works alright if other player harvest it (it still happens to me on multiplayer)
-works alright when I start a new game, only happens on this saved game
-happens when picking up monster loot as well
-happens on a few items which I can't recall (not only on those 4 items)
→Cloth (chest stored with cloth disappeared when I opens it)
→Iridium Ore
→Mega Bomb
→Omni Geode

Trouble shooting
-have tried exporting saved game and load on another computer (same issue)
-have tried removing game and reinstall (same issue)
-have tried verify integrity of game files (same issue)

I hope my game play can be fixed as I have spent hours and hours on the game, it will be really upsetting to start a new game and allowing this to happen again.
It will be only just as sad

 

According to your savefile; it seems at one point you used a mod to expand the inventory.
The items are "missing" because they're being added to the stack of items in the, now hidden row, that was added by the mod.

So, the quickest/easiest fix would be to re-add the previous mod you were using.
