Issue on preordered star dew valley

Upon seeing stardew valley be in the app store for mobile, I was super excited and naturally, I preordered the game.When I finally got notified by itunes that the game could be downloaded, I clicked the link to download but I was sadly stopped by a blank app store screen. I also checked for availability on itunes. When I went into the app store and searched up”stardew valley”, it shows buy for 8 dollars.

If anyone has a solution please reply asap, thanks.

 

it should not charge you again seeing as you already bought it. if it does take it up with apple.
