It's been a while since I've played Stardew Valley, but I learned that in the 1.3 update, it changed how the mines are reset. It use to be instant when you leave and re-enter a floor, but now it only happens every 10 in-games minutes and only the floors below you are reset. It's kind of annoying when I'm trying to grind for enemies or ores.
