i'm pretty sure it just checks pokemon transfered through it, not actually in your game. that means no transferring hacked event pokemon from older games, etc.

 

Except China, India, Japan, almost all of the Pacific Islands, most of Europe, all of Africa, and the list goes on. If America collapses, then all of that foreign aid goes out the window, all of the trade goes away, the reliance of assuming America will take care of the worlds problems will also be gone. A country as large as America collapsing would be devastating to the world economy, politics, and crime prevention. I find it funny that if anything goes wrong anywhere, people are real quick to ask/demand America for help, but if America needs help, all we get is a the middle finger.

I'm pretty sure as long as one makes an exact copy, like one of the event ones, it'll get by. We can read and configure all but two bytes of data, pretty sure the only ones that won't get through are the heavily modified ones (like max IVs/EVs)
