WIP In-game Farmer Base Changer

Advize and I are working on something special!


Here's a WIP video:



You might need to watch it in full screen to see the changes in the player portrait.

There are two faces- (normal and round)
three noses- (normal, button, anime)
four bottoms- (normal pants, plain skirt, lacey skirt, apron skirt)
two shoes- (normal boots, short shoes so you can see the leg)

I'm still working on editing textures to include all the skirt types I'd like (planning on adding the long dress, the shorts, etc. etc.). Does it look good so far?

This may become its own mod or just released as an update to our Get Dressed mod.

- Fixes crash that happened when new characters pulled up the menu via C shortcut
- Fixes issue with new character not loading dresser
- Fixes issue with per-save configs not being created quite right
- Fixes issue where the skin color defaulted upon changing other options
- Adds an option in the config to set showDresser to false (which will hide the dresser)

This has been completed and is now available as an update to Get Dressed (version 2.0!)

 

would you consider putting the option of changing your swim wear? I could understand if not since it kinda messes with the symmetry of the window...

 

The bottoms are absolutely customize-able. You could throw in the towel swimwear or the updated swimsuit or the one-piece swimsuit or whatever you like. I might reach out to the mod creators and see if they'll give permission for me to include their edits in the base .png that'll come with this mod.

So the bottoms are customizable, does that mean people can add more bottoms in the future if the decide to make it?

Yep! It'll be pretty simple. I've already gotten permission from quite a few bottoms-creators to add in theirs as well, so it'll come with quite a number of
selections.

Wow, that's great looking! Is it possible to add bulky pants like cargo pants as an option?

 

Wouldn't be too hard to add that sort of bottom in at all ^_^

 

Nice! I already do this but I have to manually change it ever season myself, would it be possible to make a skirt with black/dark leggings?

 

There's a skirt mod that comes with socks, wouldn't be too difficult to just make the socks longer. The skirt and socks will be included in this mod (I have the creator's permission). Attached is a screenshot of what it looks like.

 

Would it be possible to switch between skirts and pants with this, too? By the way, love your mods! My farmer has to be the most fashionable in town now.

 

Is this only for the female farmer? I would love to see these as options for the male base, too!

 

Its for male farmer too! There are 2 face shape options, 3 nose options, 2 shoe options but only have 3 bottoms for the male so far (the female has 9 as of today) though.

 

Yes, you can see in the video that you can switch between all the bottoms really fast and easy. ^_^
