I need Help my Starbound Freez all time ! :(

I have a Computer on Windows 10, 0 mods, a NVIDIA 920M and 4GB of ram, I can play a lot of game, but not starbound ...
On Minecraft With Shader I have 150 fps, on starbound my game freez Constantly I closed all applications back Plans but, nothing changes ... I Search tutorial to open Starbound_OpenGL but, There's not Starbound_OpenGL in the Folder Win64 and Win32 can you help me please ? Have you a solution to resolve my freez ? I have buy this game, and it looks cool, but I can't play ... and It's very weird I can play at ARK and not Starbound ... "

Ok But my drivers are updated for my GPU ;_;, And I have test to play at Starbound on a I2 on Windows XP with 2GB of Ram and the game run with some difficulties but less of my computer .. xD
schematically On the Title Screen the game has 0 freez, but If I play or create a character, my game freez while 20-30s and this all 40s-50s or even less..
There is not a way to reduce the graphic quality of the game ?
