Bug/Issue Humble windows version uploaded on 04/04/2019 fails to start

    The 1.3.4 version for windows that was finally uploaded to Humble on 04/04/2019 does not run on a Windows 32 bit system.
    On running starbound.exe from the win32 folder the following error is displayed.
    The procedure entry point SetThreadErrorMode could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
    Note, no log file is available as it does not get that far, hasn't even created the storage folder yet.
    Does this mean that Starbound is no longer compatible with Windows XP 32 bit?
