So then it would be classed as a murder there. In Canada it is lawful though and that's where I live.

If you want to go deeper I would say it should be protected by law everywhere.

also thats a really bad reason to stop bringing energy drinks. if one person has too much water they become sick as well but youre still allowed to bring that i assume.

It would become "human" by some standards in month (EDIT: no, I have no idea actually) I believe. It's typically when the head is developed I think.

I view anyone who chooses then to get an abortion as an idiot unless some special circumstances were involved.
