Yeah it can get pretty cold here, but thankfully we (as a coutry) have great air conditioning and I live in the Southern half. It's apparently insanely cold in lapland.

Definitely healthier than smoking though

 

Me quitting is fairly recent, but I already feel some noticeable improvements, especially concerning my sense of smell and taste and my wallet.
