Bug/Issue Hay from Auto-Collector doesn't sync between players.

Hay from the auto-collector doesn't always sync between players. We noticed this when we ran out of hay mid season in Winter when we had a full set of silos that would be enough. I, the host, would go into each barn and all hay would be placed already, but my friend would go in and there would be no hay and proceed to fill them up manually.
