Bug/Issue Hat mouse not selling hats after having earned the achievement

Hi there.

On Xbox One, I earned Craft Master, and I bought the gnome cap that the mouse sells, later in the day the game crashed and when I reload, I’m unable to buy the hat anymore.

On Xbox One, are hats tied to saves like on Pc? Cause the achievement tab isn’t there on that version like on Pc, is it still save tied or am I just screwed forever?

That’s after crafting just about everything all over again too.
